Hello, I'm Bhavi.
I've drawn henna for ten years, first for family and friends, and now for brides and celebrations across the Bay Area.
I'm based in San Mateo and happy to come to you, from San Francisco to San Jose and the East Bay.
It started at home, with my sister's patient hands. By the time our cousins started getting married, people were asking me to draw for them too.
Henna has always been part of how my family celebrates, at weddings, Diwali, Karva Chauth, and many other occasions. Drawing it for other families now feels like being invited into theirs.
In ten years, I've drawn for 100+ brides and celebrations across the Bay Area. My style blends traditional Indian bridal work with Arabic florals and a few modern fine-line touches, and I'm happiest filling a palm with tiny details you only notice up close.
When I'm not drawing, I'm usually sketching new patterns with a cup of chai nearby. If you're planning something, I'd love to hear about it. I reply to every note within a day.
